Shopping for

beautiful stuff

The hive is a magical place filled with beautiful items. This cupboard has shiny things, buttons, feathers, and fluff for any project. Children at Discovery and Adventure Zone Inc. can shop for beautiful things but must bring their shopping basket (plastic tray) for organization. The system, developed through years of trial and error, will have rules displayed with clear diagrams for guidance. 

The system goes as follows:

1) You may only take 5 items for each section of the shopping basket.

2) There will only be one type of item per section.

3) There is the option to replenish one or two empty sections if they desire. Exchanges are welcome, too—they would just need to put the material back where they found it.

This system has effectively cut out waste and enabled the children to continue to create with thoughtfulness and purpose.
