Rosetta Sanders, Founder and Director of Discovery & Adventure Zone Inc. (DAZI)

With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Rosetta Sanders is dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Her journey began with a deep commitment to community, which led her to work as an educator, program director, and advocate for quality childcare. She brings a unique approach to DAZI, combining years of professional expertise with a passion for nurturing each child’s emotional, physical, and spiritual development.

Rosetta’s vision for DAZI is centered around providing a supportive, child-focused environment that celebrates individuality, encourages curiosity, and fosters strong foundations for lifelong learning. With her team, she is proud to offer a safe and welcoming space where children can explore, discover, and embrace the joy of learning.

When not at DAZI, Rosetta enjoys spending time with her family, including her four lively dogs, who often wake her up early each morning! She is also an advocate for personal growth and is working on her own book about resilience, love, and the lessons learned from over 30 years of marriage.
