At Discovery & Adventure Zone Inc. (DAZI), we can’t wait to welcome families and their little ones into a space designed for curiosity, creativity, and fun. With our doors set to open on April 1st, we are excited to begin this new journey with children who are ready to explore, learn, and grow in a supportive and engaging environment.
**What We’re All About**
At DAZI, we believe that learning happens best when children are given the freedom to discover the world at their own pace. That’s why we’ve created a program, Play & Discovery, that encourages hands-on exploration, creative expression, and meaningful connections. We want children to feel confident, capable, and excited about learning every day.
**A Space Designed for Play and Exploration**
Our learning environment is set up to spark curiosity and imagination. Whether inside or outdoors, children will have access to open-ended materials that encourage problem-solving, collaboration, and independent thinking. We’ll be taking our learning outside as much as possible, using our offsite play area to explore nature, build physical skills, and enjoy fresh air and movement.
**Following Children’s Interests**
Every child has unique interests and ways of learning, and we are here to support and encourage them. Instead of following rigid lesson plans, we’ll take inspiration from the children—observing their play, asking questions, and providing materials that match their curiosity. We love watching those “aha” moments when children figure things out on their own, and we’re here to celebrate every milestone, big or small.
**Creativity Without Limits**
At DAZI, art is about the process, not the final product. We won’t be giving kids step-by-step crafts to follow—instead, we’ll provide opportunities for them to explore materials, mix colors, and create freely. We want children to feel proud of what they make, knowing it came from their own ideas and creativity.

Starting a new childcare journey is a big step for families, and we want everyone to feel right at home.
